This vibrant co-working space in Bangalore by Nain Belliappa’s Houseof9Design is designed to fuel communication, well-being and a sense of comfort equivalent to home. The 7000 sq ft workplace for My Spaces features an open floor plan where art, wood detailing, charming bookshelves and cozy corners are accentuated by gratifying views of the surrounding lush green treetops.

“The renovation of this apartment was challenging. The homeowners wanted a home that would amalgamate vernacular design elements and contemporary decor. We had to work with a few existing pieces of furniture and somehow bring the old to life while adding voguish accents and, in the end, marry them all together,” says Nain Belliappa, principal designer & founder Houseof9design .

The apartment is spread over 2800 square feet, and features an earthy, eclectic material palette and selection across. Located on the South side of the city on the 21st floor, the rooms are filled with natural light with cityscape views.</p>
